As Business Support Manager at Streets Bush, Geoff is responsible for all areas of support and has nearly 40 years of operational experience. His primary objectives are to develop and maintain the best operating model by utilising robust procedures and controls, with an eye for continuous operational improvement.

Geoff started his career in investment banking operations, holding positions of CAO, COO and Director, before switching to insurance in 2009, where he saw greater regulation starting to impact the industry, as it had previously in banking. In the insurance sector, Geoff worked as COO for multiple Underwriters and most recently a successful InsurTech start-up.
